Steven is a 13 year US Army Infantryman disabled Veteran who’s served as a Jump Master, Long Range Surveillance Team Leader, and Sniper Team Leader. I sat down with Mike Allred, owner and head coach at SICFIT Round Rock in Round Rock TX. Mike has been a close friend since we first started working together as contractor for the same company and I've had the privilege of watching this gym grow from an idea to its grand opening. We got to talking about the fitness industry, some of the ways this gym came together and some of the challenges involved with having land lords. Mike is a 10 year Veteran of the United States Marine Corps and his made his passion for fitness into his business.
